What we collect and why

Visiting the site

The site is hosted by Netlify. Like any web host, Netlify's servers receive your IP address, browser details and the pages you request so they can deliver the site and protect it from abuse. We don't use these logs to identify or profile visitors. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests: running a secure website.

We don't use cookies, browser storage, analytics, advertising tags, social media plugins, embedded video or third-party fonts. Fonts are served from this site.

The demos and Labs

Every demo and animation runs entirely in your browser on imaginary data. Nothing you click or type is sent to us, to TypeSafe or to anyone else. Presentation mode uses the page address only.

Emailing us

If you email us, we receive your name, email address and whatever you choose to write. We use it only to reply. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests. We keep emails for up to 24 months after the last contact, then delete them.

Who else sees it

Netlify, Inc. hosts the site and acts as our processor. It is based in the United States, so hosting data may be processed there under the safeguards in Netlify's data processing agreement. Our email provider processes email on our behalf. We don't sell or share personal data for marketing.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to how we use it, or to receive a copy in a portable format. Email hello@jevusecases.work. We'll respond within one month.

Complaints

Please contact us first and we'll acknowledge your complaint within 30 days. If you're not satisfied, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Changes

If we add anything that changes this notice, such as analytics, we'll update this page and the date above before it goes live.
