Services
Discovery, pilot and managed decision service
Scoped engagements that produce evidence—not open-ended promises that adding AI will improve everything. Pricing is quoted per engagement; no invented list prices appear here.
Decision discovery
Shortlist of decisions, owners, allowed actions and evidence needs. Volume, delay, review burden and error-cost estimates. Pilot recommendation with acceptance test—or a clear reason not to proceed.
Bounded pilot
One process, one data source, one decision policy, agreed evaluation set. Adapter, Microsoft integration, labelled evaluation and recovery demonstration. Acceptance criteria before implementation.
Managed decision service
After acceptance: monitoring, review quality, controlled releases and monthly outcome reporting. Variable third-party usage quoted separately or with explicit included allowances.
Proposed twelve-week outline
- Weeks 1–2 — Confirm buyer, data permissions, baseline and labels.
- Weeks 3–4 — Build the adapter and Power Automate demonstration.
- Weeks 5–6 — Shadow evaluation; tune on development data.
- Weeks 7–8 — Validate held-out results; demonstrate failure recovery.
- Weeks 9–12 — Limited routing if approved; customer-agreed evidence report.
Dependent on customer access and procurement. Expand only where the first process justifies it.
Qualify in: repetitive decisions, stable categories, reversible first actions, lawful access to representative data and a sponsor who owns the queue. Qualify out initially: autonomous payment approval, employment selection, diagnosis or irreversible account sanctions.
